The best leadership involves relating to others from a foundation of strong values. Therefore, my top priority is equipping my clients to communicate their values with love, diplomacy, and interpersonal sensitivity.
Yes, leadership theory and best practices are important, and I offer that to you as well. This is what will stand out in the future as society slowly loses its abilities to communicate well and draw from a rich pool of vocabulary and personal expression.
