TEACHING WITH HEART

Welcome, my fellow educators! I can tell you’re a kindred spirit already. You’re someone who cares deeply about inspiring and shaping the minds of today’s youth. You care about their academic, social, and spiritual development. You empathize with your students that growing up is hard. You carry the burdens of ever-increasing responsibilities and oft-dwindling energy supplies. And now, you’re ready for a new spark. New ideas. New ways to bring your personality to your classroom. New strategies to combat burnout and stay fresh.

Let’s do that! Several of my personal research and study areas focus directly on how teachers can restructure their classroom approaches to prevent fatigue, improve their verbal and nonverbal messaging to strengthen classroom communication, captivate students, and design lesson plans that increase learning and retention.

Perhaps you’d like your teaching style to feel closer to your true personality and better incorporate your gifts. If so, let’s talk about StrengthsQuest. Perhaps you need some fresh inspiration to shake up your classroom vibe and break out of a teaching rut. If so, let’s talk about student engagement techniques. Perhaps you’d like to improve faculty relationships and teamwork at your school. If so, let’s pull together for a half- or full-day experience to take a deep breath, reconnect, and have some fun.

My heart has a special place for teachers, and I care greatly about your wellbeing, your energy, and your passion for sharing what you know with today’s youth – my kids included. If you’re needing a boost, click below to discover more about how I might serve you!
